The Recruitment Process:

All our Childcare Personnel undergo a rigorous recruitment process to meet Ofsted regulations as well as your requirements.

• All staff have a minimum of 2 years recent experience and relevant qualification and are interviewed by an experienced childcare consultant.
• Face to Face Interviews.
• Thorough and sound knowledge of the EYFS.
• We ensure all child carers are placed in environments in which they feel competent and are experienced to work in.
• A full employemnt history is taken, the last 5 years of which is checked and verified.
• 2 written references are obtained; one of which will be from a present or most recent employer.
• Professional qualifications checked and original certicates seen.
• Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau checks are requested and submitted to the Nursery.
